Prestige apartment 79 is a disaster. We were going away for the weekend, and they canceled our reservation just three hours before arrival. They make it so easy to cancel, while I'm now having a lot of trouble finding a room. I can't recommend it at all. Zero stars, if only that were an option.

I paid extra for an underground parking space when I booked at Pestige Apartments, but when I arrived, someone else was using it. I called room service, and the woman said, "It's strange it's occupied. I'll send you the money." She didn't try to fix the problem, just wanted to refund me right away. It showed zero respect for the customer.

The owner was quick to communicate at every stage, which was a real plus. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and the location is excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend it, and would gladly return.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there, and the apartment was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The Market Square is only a few minutes away on foot, with everything within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay in Wrocław and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

Parking was easy, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and matched the description. Everything was fine, so I recommend it and will stay here again next time.
