I came to Wroclaw specifically and waited there for a whole month for someone to call me back about buying an apartment. Nobody did. Over the last two days, we called several times, left messages, and emailed. Each time we were told someone would respond, but no one followed up. We were very disappointed by the service from your development company. It feels like your staff aren't interested in clients ready to spend money on property, or in communicating with foreigners. Your managers don't speak English, German, Russian, or Ukrainian, a serious weakness for an international business. It makes it seem as if your employees never went to school if they don't know one foreign language. Why send offers for apartments that aren't available anymore? It feels like some strange game, and there's no point giving out information about properties that are off the market. All we wanted was to buy an apartment, but instead we got terrible service and felt completely disrespected. We're very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
