Sky Tower Apartments

The apartments in Wrocław are beautiful, but the way this stay was managed was dreadful. It was meant as a birthday surprise and cost over 7,000 PLN, including 2,636 PLN for extras and a couples massage. From the start, the service felt poor: staff were rude and arrogant, seemed focused on charging more, and it was difficult to reach reception when we needed help. We had agreed beforehand that the late check-in fee would be waived if I arrived before 10 PM. Even so, the receptionist was unprofessional and tried to charge more for an extra night than the online rate. They corrected it only after I showed proof. The massage was the biggest problem. Nobody asked about preferences such as the therapists’ gender. Two male therapists arrived without warning, dressed unprofessionally, and made my partner uncomfortable. At first we were told we could reschedule, then later that we had forfeited the service and would get no refund. When I complained, there was no manager available and no real help. I was told to wait up to 14 days for a resolution. I also reported a forgotten charger, but nobody followed up, and staff were dismissive again. They promised to call about my complaint, but no one has responded. For my first stay in Wrocław, this left such a bad impression that I would never return. The people managing these lovely apartments came across as opportunistic and untrustworthy, trying to get more money while offering little respect or support. I’d have been better off booking a cheaper hotel for proper service, peace of mind, and basic respect.
