Terminal Hotel

The restaurant serves really good food, which was a welcome plus. The staff were super attentive, and the rooms were okay, though a bit old and not perfectly maintained. It's convenient if you're heading to the airport, but not much use for sightseeing: central Wroclaw is far away, and there's nothing to see or do nearby.

The staff were great, and I really appreciated how much they liked my dog. It's very dog friendly, and the 30 zl fee for her was a good price. Free parking and checkout at 12 were also nice, since many hotels have checkout at 11. The air conditioning worked really well. The room was a bit disappointing for a superior room: it was small, had no fridge or sockets by the bed, and the bed could have used a topper. The bathroom was nice, but the shower door was too close to the main door. Breakfast cost a lot, though it was very good. Dinner was good and well priced too. The woman working when we arrived was so friendly and humble, she deserves a big bouquet of flowers!

We'd booked the room for the wrong month and were told the hotel was fully booked that night. The man at the front desk still went out of his way to find us an unlisted room, had it cleaned straight away, and let us in. He saved us from sleeping in the car. The room was comfortable and nice, with air conditioning and decent wifi. The restaurant was fancy, and the dishes were prepared perfectly. Easy five stars. Polish people are very nice everywhere in Poland.

The location was a little hard to find, but there was free parking in front of the Hotel. The food at the fancy restaurant was high quality and still cheap, and the staff were super friendly. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, and the bathroom rain shower had such high water pressure it really felt like rain. I stayed one night and had an amazing time, 9/10 overall.
