We were exhausted after two nights here instead of getting any rest. A group of men drank behind our wall until three in the morning, shouting, talking, swearing, running along the floor, laughing loudly, and rattling the door so hard that plaster came off. The room was dusty, there was someone’s hair around, and the bed linen seemed not to have been changed in a long time. It felt very unsafe, and I do not recommend this place. P.S. If audio could be attached, I’d include a recording of the screaming at two in the morning.

It’s a spacious, somewhat rustic older villa, a bit away from the city and the noise, between the airport and the city. It doesn’t have all the electronics and amenities you’d find in downtown hotels, but the bathroom facilities are quite updated. The staff and owner were very courteous and helpful. Good for a family weekend.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and I’ve never come across a public kitchen with so much in it. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom renovated. It’s okay if you need somewhere near the airport, though in some rooms the bathroom is outside the room, so you have to walk to it. Finding the hidden key the landlord left was like an escape-room challenge, especially at 0200 am.

A lovely spot for what we paid, with major public transport lines very close by, so getting to the city centre was easy. Just bring cash or pay ahead, since they don’t have a card reader yet.
