Apartamenty Brzezinski

The room itself was nice, clean and smelled fresh, and I’d recommend it. Getting there was another matter: a woman called on the way and rudely demanded to know why I wasn’t there yet. She said if I didn’t arrive by 8 p.m., or even 5:00 p.m., I could forget about getting the keys and would lose the reservation. Once I arrived, the receptionist was very nice and stayed on for another 30 minutes. I don’t understand why they called, and that treatment costs them a star.

Being right in the city center is a big plus, as are the clean rooms and bathrooms and the easy access to attractions. The rooms are spacious, though they have a few problems: the TV often doesn’t work, and neither do the internet or hot water.

We’ll be here for nearly four weeks and are very happy so far. The welcome was warm, the apartment is roomy and clean, and everyone has been friendly. Shops are close by, and there’s a gym right next door that my husband uses.

I was on a work trip and booked only three hours before arriving, after reception had closed. The owners arranged for someone to meet me, and my room was ready. The service was very friendly, and the apartment itself is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I’d recommend it.
