The location is the only thing I can praise about Pensjonat Rancho. I have nothing good to say about the owner, the room standard, or the equipment. The owner's behavior toward guests was scandalous and unacceptable, and the rooms felt like a summer camp from more than a decade ago. The many strict rules posted around the building took away any comfort and sense of freedom. There was just one frying pan and three pots for a large number of rooms, so guests had to wait and compete for a chance to use the kitchen. I absolutely don't recommend staying here. To the owner: these days, basic manners and respect for every guest are standard. Negative reviews should be taken seriously if you want to keep up with changing tourist expectations. Here, both the standards and the attitude seem stuck in the past. The “Księstwo góralskie” slogan on Krupówki feels especially fitting here, but it doesn't give you the right to insult guests with your behavior. Nothing justifies shouting at them. Requiring cash payment is beyond the law, especially when payment terms weren't communicated at booking and the deposit was made by bank transfer. The outburst on the first day of my stay crossed my personal safety boundary as a guest and violated my rights. Your behavior was scandalous.
