Dagmara was very friendly and sorted out a brilliant takeaway breakfast for our early start. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with parking, and it's right in the centre of Zabrze, near shops, McDonalds, a shopping centre, and public transport. Excellent location, highly recommended!

If you want somewhere calm and relaxing, I'd recommend this hotel. The staff are always happy to help, and regional food is available all day and evening. I think it's the best hotel in the Silesia area. I checked another one tonight, so I'm absolutely sure of that. It may not be handy if you're just travelling on the A4, but it's a great option if you can add 30min. I'd especially recommend it to tourists.

We arrived after midnight, and check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast had lots of choice and the food was tasty. The rooms we got were outdated, but the beds were very comfortable. The guarded parking area cost a small extra fee. It's a very good place to stop overnight when coming from Checzk. I'd stay again if travelling this route.

I was left without a place to stay after getting sick and missing check-in. I’d booked about two months ahead, but couldn’t get through by phone to tell them I’d arrive the next day. They gave the room to someone else without calling or emailing me, and the booking status on their site stayed the same. I’m even in their loyalty program. I’d paid for the room and food, yet they turned me away when I was exhausted and unwell. I hope the administration understands what that feels like someday. To management: don’t act friendly in your reply after ignoring my calls. When you finally told me the booking was canceled and the hotel was full, you nearly left me sleeping under a bridge. I can see why nobody answers: the receptionist is also working as a waitress. Hire enough people so everyone can do their job.
