The location is really good, and the rooms are neat and comfortable, though on the small side. Having a kitchen with all the basic cutlery was a nice touch, and the place felt more like an Airbnb. The shared bathroom for several rooms is the main drawback.

The bathroom was a mess: there was no door, and the tiles were painfully cold underfoot after a shower. Water drained so slowly that we had to wash in fits and starts, and the damp windowsill had water condensing on the window. No one had warned us that the bathroom wasn't heated. Outside it was below freezing, and the rooms were so cold we had to sleep in thermal clothes. The mattress springs dug into our backs. A real tragedy!!!

We left the rooms cleaned and ready, with the rubbish packed in bags to take out, but the owner still accused us of leaving a mess. Later, when we called about a charger we'd forgotten and offered to pay for shipping it back, the owner refused to return it. Don't be tempted by the low price. In such cold weather, it would have been better to pay a little more for a comfortable, warm apartment.
