We'd prepaid for an apartment for our family with children, booked that same day through Booking, and called the owner. She said she'd meet us or send the check-in details. But when we got there, we couldn't reach her at all. Her phone was unavailable, and she didn't answer WhatsApp, even though we'd already paid. At 8 p.m., we were left outside with three children and nowhere to go. I can't recommend it. I'd rate it a 1, except that for anyone who manages to get in, the property is in a good location.

The apartment was freezing when we arrived, and the fridge and heaters were both off. You have to connect the appliances yourself to get the fridge and cooktop working, and we had to switch on the heaters and wait for them to warm up. Communication with the owner was awful. We found out the door was a security door only after locking ourselves inside. No one had told us not to use the key from the inside. When we called, she said, "If you forced it shut, open it now," then hung up and left us to sort it out. It took us an hour to get out, and we even thought about climbing out through the balcony.

We'd wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property. The atmosphere was wonderful, the city center is close, and everything was top standard.

Parking is downstairs, and the apartment is close to the city center. It’s nicely decorated and has a lot of equipment. There’s also a small balcony up in the attic. Great place, I’d recommend it 😊
