We came back for a second stay and were just as happy. The jacuzzi was a real treat after skiing, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean, cared for, and very well equipped for a family visit to Zakopane. It's close to the center, restaurants, and ski slopes. We'd happily return again :)

The service was so friendly and professional, and the apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and spotless. We booked four massage tables and used the jacuzzi, so it felt like having a spa right in the apartment. It's near Krupówki Street and decorated in a lovely wooden mountain style. There were loads of blankets too, just right for chilly evenings. Highly recommend it!

A total waste of our time. We tried to help the landlord avoid the booking commission by arranging to rent the apartment outside the app. We agreed to pay a 40% deposit upfront, then suddenly couldn't reach anyone at 10 PM. No one answered the phone. When we tried the other number, we found out the listing was no longer available. They couldn't even be bothered to tell us the truth. Shameful.

A lovely, clean place close to the city center. The sauna and jacuzzi are available in the evenings. I'd recommend it :)

Our reservation was cancelled only two days before we were due to arrive. Finding another place for those dates was already very difficult, and the late cancellation caused us a lot of trouble. I found it really unprofessional and would urge other guests to think carefully before booking, so they don't face the same disappointment.
