I was really disappointed by the room. The online photos made it look spacious, but when I arrived it was so cramped I couldn’t open my suitcase comfortably. It was listed for four people, though I felt it could barely fit two comfortably. I asked to switch rooms and offered to pay extra, but was told there were no others available. I didn’t end up staying in the room, yet I was charged the full amount and offered no refund under what felt like a rigid policy. The photos didn’t give a transparent picture of the space, so I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

The quick response was appreciated, and the property manager resolved our concern to our satisfaction. The rest of the stay was good. I gave this rating to reflect the effort made to address the issue. My concern was the Family Suite. Its listing photos, marked number 1 in the property's official pictures, didn’t match the room we were shown in the following photos. The promotional images, for example, seemed to show a double bed with a single spare bed beside it, which would fit the suite name, but that wasn’t what we found. The manager said people complain about this mismatch two or three times a month. I can only assume it’s a recurring issue with this one room, since the other rooms we stayed in matched the booking platform photos well enough. I consider the Family Suite photos purposefully misleading.

The breakfast was good and close by, though it was the same each day and wasn’t on the premises. We spent Christmas at the FOLK&ART apartment and had an amazing time. The view was stellar, the bathroom was wonderful, and the balcony looked out toward Krupowki. The owner was kind and easy to reach. With a fully equipped kitchen, it works well as a base for families or mountain lovers heading out early.

The bathroom was the worst part. It was tiny, reached through a narrow room with a sink, and there wasn’t a door lock or even a towel hanger. Water leaked from the base of the toilet the whole time, and blue stains were at the bottom of the shower. If too much water collected, it overflowed and flooded the toilet, which happened to us. The bedroom was okay, but the beds were uncomfortable. There were bedside lamps with nowhere to plug them in, an old TV that didn’t work, and a monitor that wasn’t plugged in either. In the main room the chairs were uncomfortable, the walls were dirty, and the door was very hard to lock properly. I chose this apartment because it had such good reviews, but I really wouldn’t recommend it.
