The shared living area was a big plus, and the kitchen was well equipped. Staff were helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Great location, lots of character, and a good breakfast. It's an accommodating place to stay. The beds in the attic rooms could be more comfortable.

The kids had a great time in the indoor playground, yes, indoors! Our room was warm and cozy, and the mountain views were wonderful. Breakfast is worth trying, everything was delicious. All the staff were very kind to us. It's an amazing place.

The view of the Tatra Mountains is excellent, and there are lots of interesting sights within walking distance, along with shops and restaurants. The hotel is wonderfully put together, and the staff are amazing, helpful, patient, and courteous. It's the coziest, coolest hotel I've ever stayed in. We couldn't have been happier.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The hotel has a lovely interior and feels cozy. Its location is convenient, not far from the center.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful, and the place has private parking. It's an amazing spot within easy walking distance of the center of Zakopane. The pillows weren't good enough for me, and I wish they'd been better quality. The mattress didn't suit my back either. Apart from that, everything was perfect. I'd recommend it.
