We prepaid for a stay from February 3-6, booking it in December. Around a week and a half before the trip, Booking.com sent an automated message saying the reservation had been canceled and our money would be refunded. We couldn't reach the host or Booking.com by phone or email afterward. The property disappeared from the platform, and there wasn't time to arrange another place. Thankfully the money was returned, but our plans were seriously disrupted, especially as we'd already bought plane tickets. About three days later, the same property showed up on Booking.com under a new host profile and was available to book again. Booking.com should be keeping a closer eye on its partners. Be very careful with this accommodation.

Our confirmed booking was canceled just hours before check-in. That was extremely unprofessional and unreliable, so I can't recommend this place. I hope you won't host tourists in future.

The cottages look nice, but the stay was stressful and frustrating instead of relaxing. The property didn't come close to the standard in the listing. The bathroom had ice-cold water on the day we left, so a shower wasn't possible. Earlier, the jacuzzi water was cold, and even after waiting for hours I couldn't use it. There was also a morning power cut, then the internet was out for several hours. Staff gave no clear information or support, couldn't fix basic technical problems, and communicated in a dismissive, unprofessional way. It looks good, but the guest experience leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it if comfort and working basic amenities matter to you.

I never got to stay because the hotel canceled my prepaid Booking.com reservation on its own and gave no reasonable explanation. Afterward, I couldn't get in touch with the property, as nobody answered the phone. Earlier reviews suggest this happens regularly. It's unfair and very unprofessional toward customers. I strongly advise against booking here, since you don't know when they might cancel without a word or any way to contact them.
