The rooms and location were amazing, and the check-in service was great. I'd highly recommend it.

We were the first guests in the new building, and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, modern, comfortable, and felt homely. There was even an indoor climbing gym and a playroom for kids. We didn't get to try the sauna, though we would have loved to. The owner and her daughter were both extremely sweet and helpful. This beats any five-star hotel hands down. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting zakopane. We'd definitely love to stay again!
