The service was excellent, communication was easy, and everything went as planned. The cottage itself could use some refreshing and minor renovation. Getting to it was awkward with a small child because the stairs hadn't been cleared of snow, so we had to cross a cleared terrace used by other rooms. The sauna ought to stay open until at least midnight, since tourists may be out enjoying local attractions before then. I'd recommend the cottage for a quick getaway when you mainly need a place to sleep well.

We expected more for the price and were very disappointed. The two-room Delta Deluxe cottage needs updating, and cleanliness needs more attention from the staff. There were no basic items such as sugar, coffee, or tea, and not even soap or garbage bags. It got cold in the evenings, breakfast didn't offer much variety, and parking was very limited. Poor value for money.

If you're after peace, quiet, and relaxation, this could be a great choice. The apartment is fresh, well kept, and decorated in a highlander style, with clean rooms and a private bathroom in each one. The sauna and jacuzzi are welcome extras, and the standard is truly impeccable. The drawback is the distance from the center of Zakopane. Frequent trips there add up, with a one-way taxi around 50 PLN, while walking takes about 1-1.5 hours depending on your pace. Keep that in mind if you want to visit the center's attractions every day.

The apartment looked nice at first and had the space we wanted, about 80 square meters, but time has taken a toll on every room. The steam sauna inside was not very clean and had an unpleasant, distinctive smell. We chose the breakfast option, which sounded ideal, but the meals arrived cold every day and the baskets got smaller each day. During our six days, nobody changed the towels or emptied the bins. Waste has to be sorted inside the house, rather than in a cabinet or built-in cupboard. Outside there were benches, a grill, gazebos, and a dry sauna, and parking was assigned with plenty of space. Booking was quick and easy, communication was by email and text, and online check-in used a code. The stay cost over 2,000 PLN for two people in the off-season, so for that price the standard and service should have been better. I'd rate it higher otherwise.
