The kitchen was good, the rooms very clean, and the location was great, close to Krupówki.

We come back every year and always have a wonderful stay. The owners bring the place to life with their warmth and open hearts. We love the delicious breakfasts, spa area, and kids' playground, and the rooms are very clean with a highlander feel. I highly recommend it!

Good morning. I haven't visited the property whose website I'm writing this review on. Instead, I stayed from November 6th to 11th at another property managed by the owner of Kościelec, the apartments at 13A Zamojskiego Street, which has no website. I strongly advise against staying there, especially if all four rooms are occupied. Hot water came and went unpredictably. On two of my five days, I could only rinse, soap up, and try to rinse again. The hot water ran out quickly, and the whole process took half an hour or more. We called the owner, who came over and blamed other residents' behavior and poor cooperation with Geotermia Zakopiańska, then told us to wait for the hot water. Standing in the shower covered in soap for half an hour or longer was hardly a pleasure. The apartment was expensive, too. On the second day of the problem, the owner offered to refund the cost of those two days, but nothing more. Again, I strongly advise against the apartments at Zamojskiego 13A. Krzysztof.

The room was quiet, warm, nicely decorated, and very clean, with fragrant bedding, a fridge, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was varied and very good, the coffee delicious, and a radiator issue was fixed quickly. The location was great. There were some awkward details, though: at 185 cm tall, I had to duck on the final stairway, and while the room was small, that wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was much worse. You have to open its door before opening the shower, since with the bathroom door shut the shower stall can't open. After showering there was no way to dry off in the bathroom. For two nights we could put up with it, but it was a huge drawback. The toilet area was so cramped that my feet touched the sink while I was sitting, and a larger person wouldn't be able to get past the sink to sit down. The beds also creaked loudly whenever we moved. Our room faced the church, so on Sundays we heard the bells every hour from 6 a.m. and the whole mass. Light sleepers may not get much sleep. We'd gladly come back, but we'd choose a different room.
