Marta’s kindness and support made our stay feel special. She was always attentive to the details, helpful and kind, and the owner’s care for the little things added to the experience. Zakopane is a beautiful town, and each place has its own charm. Just remember this works more like a private apartment than a hotel, so there’s no luggage handling or room service. Even so, the warm welcome made the stay feel personal. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time at IGJ Imperial apartments in Zakopane and would very happily stay again. The apartment was spotless, modern and very spacious, with every amenitie we could expect for a comfortable visit. The location was ample, right by the train and bus station. Marta, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and made sure the stay was memorable and comfortable, making us feel welcome and special. She even offered us lift passes for the ski park directly outside. We didn’t get to use them because the slope seemed too beginner for my partner, but the thought and principle count. I’d highly recommend these modern upmarket apartments. A very high 5 stars from me. Thanks for a fantastic stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed at ICG for four nights and are glad we chose it. Our Apartament Deluxe booking was enough for two people, and the apartment was clean with everything we wanted in the kitchen. The flat smart screen had any streaming service you could want, and free wifi was a plus. The view was breathtaking and it was quiet, away from noise, while still within a 10-20 minute walk of everything we needed and the centre. The bathroom was large and, yes, it had a BIDET! We left happy and satisfied. The place was perfect for us, and we plan to book there again when we return to Zakopane.

The lighting and wood-look finish gave the apartment a cozy, modern feel, and the bathroom had a distinctive design that was really comfortable. I especially liked the toilet rinser. The staff were kind and helpful too, and even washed my dirty pants for free. A luxurious place, and I’d happily recommend it.
