The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. There’s no elevator, but the rest of the place is organized well. The shower pressure was very low, and they don’t clean daily or change towels, though neither issue affected our stay much. It was still a pleasant place, and I’d recommend staying here.

This was a bad experience and a waste of money. The photo on the booking site was misleading. There was no staff at reception, and the place felt like a budget hotel. They also have a no-refund policy. Really bad.

The spa was really good and relaxing, and the location is literally the best in Zakopane. The facility and rooms are modern and very clean. I love it.

The rooms are tiny, though clean and furnished in a modern style. The location is great. There’s no elevator or anyone to help with luggage, so you’ll have to take it up the stairs.

A thoughtfully designed place with excellent service. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in the city center.
