The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. It’s a good place to stay, and close to the road under the Reglami.

I’ve stayed in around 20 places in Zakopane, and only one other time have I found such good value. The rooms here are quiet and comfortable, with private bathrooms and views of Giewont and Butorowy Peak. The location is excellent, and there’s free parking on site.

The hosts are so kind, and the place is clean and tidy. We’ve stayed at Kuńcówka four times now and it hasn’t let me down. It’s peaceful, away from the tourist crowds, but there’s a bus stop just three minutes away. Line 11 goes to Krupówki Street and the bus station, where you can catch buses to the trails. I’d happily recommend it, and I’ll definitely come back 😊

The kitchen setup is especially handy: there’s a shared kitchen downstairs, kitchenettes upstairs, and each room has a kettle and mini-fridge. They provide coffee and raspberry tea too, just right for mornings or evenings after time in the mountains. There were guidebooks and maps on the table, an extra blanket in the wardrobe, and chocolates waiting on the pillows. Our room had the mountain view we’d booked, with the bathroom on the ground floor. Everything was spotless, and the owners were lovely with our dog, treating it like a guest rather than a problem. The price felt good for what we got, which was more than we expected. It makes you want to return. Highly recommend.
