Getting checked in was extremely difficult and stressful: our apartment was on the top floor, and nobody helped with luggage even though we were travelling with a wheelchair user. When we asked, the workers rudely refused and offered no alternatives. Service stayed poor throughout the visit. The apartment was never cleaned, towels and tissues were never changed or replenished, and no water was supplied. The lack of basic service, accessibility help, and staff professionalism made the stay very unpleasant.

The apartment is simple and clean, with a great mountain view and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a large, slightly sloped field next door that will be covered in snow in winter. Getting into town for restaurants and grocery shops means taking a Bolt or taxi unless you're a very good hiker.

The pool was warm and looked out toward Giewont, and the receptionist was lovely, explaining everything we needed to know. We stayed with family in an apartment booked through a booking website, and the room facilities matched what the website said. Nice place to stay.

The balcony had a really nice view, and the room was clean and looked good. The toilet cover moved a bit, so they waived the deposit. The location worked well for us, close enough to the city's main areas but far enough away that we didn't hear cars all the time. Can't wait to come back!
