Mountain Shelter Apartments

Our holiday began with the worst customer service. The hotel’s location is really good, but the price doesn’t match the service. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, so we couldn’t make work calls and had to rely on mobile internet. The manager didn’t help resolve it and blamed us, asking, “How can you expect good Wi-Fi going to the mountains?” There was also a problem with the room: what we received didn’t match the description. The manager said we should have read it more carefully, and that a listing with two bedrooms didn’t mean we’d actually get two separate bedrooms. His behavior ruined our general impression. I’ve never had such a bad conversation with hotel staff. We asked if we could pay for just one night, but they refused. So we had to pay 30% of the total booking for a one-night stay without internet, a separate bedroom or professional service.

The offer described something different from what we actually got, and there wasn’t even Wi-Fi in our room. The staff were rude and blamed us for everything. I’ve never experienced that kind of attitude, even in much cheaper hotels. The hotel is very overpriced, and we found a couple of broken items in the room, though those were minor compared with the way we were treated. I strongly don’t recommend it.

Natalie was so kind and supportive, thank you! Everything was exceptional.

The location is very good.
