We started staying in the apartments on 31.08, and each morning began with construction noise from 8 am, grinders, drills, and other tools. Nobody seemed to care that we had come to rest. When we contacted the apartment administration, they said this had been mentioned on booking. I wonder where it gave dates for noisy work. We also didn't get a warm welcome from the administration. For 15 minutes we wandered around the underground parking looking for the way out to our building, since there were no directional arrows.

The construction at the hotel disrupted all the good impressions. From 8 am there was loud work, arguments, dust, and noisy builders right under the balcony. Management did nothing about it, apart from saying it was noted on booking and that this was why there was a discount. But it's a hotel, and we came to rest. They could at least have waited until 9-10 am to start the noisy work. Service was nonexistent. Nobody checked us in, and the administrator was very unhappy while explaining how to get the keys from the box. During our nine-day stay she wrote once asking us to come register, but never showed up. The apartment also had no microwave or air conditioning.

We were very pleased with this peaceful apartment and recommend it. The terrace has a lovely mountain view, and the apartment can fit up to six people. Children are welcome, with a playground, and they especially enjoyed looking for snails in the gardens and carrying them to safety. The bus stop is 200 meters from the house, with buses to Kuznice. There's a Frog opposite, a great cinnamon shop a short distance away, and a pharmacy right next door, handy for things like headbands and bandages for mountain trips.
