The staff were really helpful, and the location is handy for trails and the city centre while staying quiet. I’d say this place works best if you mainly need somewhere to sleep. The rooms are modest, clean and warm, with what seem to be new, comfortable beds. There’s just one socket per room, which can be a nuisance but is manageable. Upstairs rooms have a magnificent view of Giewont. The shared bathrooms are modest but clean, though the toilets feel like they’re from another era. Each floor has two electric kettles, a microwave, two fridges and two portable hobs in the kitchenettes. Dishes and cutlery are mostly missing, but if you look around the floors, you can find what you need.

This is a good choice if you’d rather spend your time in the mountains than indoors. It’s not far from Zakopane’s central street and also close to Tatra National Park, and you can get a private room for a good price. Just don’t expect luxury or a beautiful interior, this place won’t suit you if that’s what you’re after.

The rooms are fairly large and cozy, but there’s an unpleasant smell. It’s also a bit far from the city centre.

The tap water is white, and the room and toilet were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned. A terrible experience.
