The bus stop right outside made getting around easy, with just three stops to town, and Krupówki is also a 20-25 minute walk away. A lovely, large ski slope is about ten minutes on foot. We stayed in a quadruple room with friends, and it was clean and pleasant. We were all happy with the room and the staff, who were cheerful, kind, and always smiling. We'd pick this place again for another ski trip to Zakopane.

We were there from 31 December to 3 January and had a really wonderful stay. The gentleman at reception gave us a warm welcome, and our room was spotless and nice and warm. Breakfast tasted great, and we could walk to the town centre in around 20 minutes. There's a bus stop right beside the hotel too. We had a small dog with us and weren't charged anything extra for him. We can highly recommend the hotel.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and had a lovely view. Walking to the city centre took about 20-25 minutes, which was fine for us. The price for two people was very reasonable, and I'd definitely stay here again if I return to the city.

We were four people, and it felt like very good value for the money. The staff were especially wonderful. The rooms had enough space, and the beds were simple but comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with lots to choose from. The bathroom did tend to overflow during showers because the drainage wasn't practical. Still, I'd highly recommend the place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city centre. The noise from people in the next room bothered us, though I'm not sure whether there are quiet hours. We had a good experience overall.
