OW Willa Piotr Zakopane

The owners were incredibly kind, and the whole team was friendly and professional. Willa Piotr is close to shops and the other things you need, and the place was kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. A special thank you to the women preparing it, they were always smiling and helpful, and kept everything clean and well stocked. I run my own rentals through Booking, so I notice how a property is organized and maintained. Willa Piotr is a high standard and could be an example for others. I thought my stay in Zakopane was fantastic, and I'd gladly come back. Wholeheartedly recommend it.

The rooms are cozy, the breakfasts delicious, and both the service and owners are great. I'd recommend it 👌

There is an area on the property where children can walk around, and the cleanliness was a plus. Everything looked tidy. But the sleeping arrangements were very unpleasant: the bed was terrible and very old, and the pillows with feathers were old too. The heavy, old blankets and towels also made the stay uncomfortable. The furniture was dated, and the wardrobe was broken. We came with children and friends, and had other problems as well. The outlets didn't work, so we couldn't charge our phones, and getting the kettle connected meant walking all around the room to find a working socket. The bathroom was very narrow and poorly lit. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, as if it had been left by the previous guests. We definitely won't come back next time.

Ms. Krysia puts her whole heart into looking after guests, and the owners are friendly. The cooks are incredibly nice too, greetings to Ms. Irenka. Everything was clean and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend the place for individual visitors and groups alike.
