We had a deluxe room, but it seemed very ordinary. The bed was short, with a wooden board at the end, so anyone over 185 cm couldn't stretch their legs out. Sound insulation was poor too. We could hear the upstairs neighbors coming back, as if they were thumping right above my head. The fridge was so loud it seemed ready to take off like a plane. Cleanliness wasn't good: the towels had yellow stains, there were water and dirt marks on the bathroom radiator, and the kettle held old, smelly water. It wasn't appealing. Breakfast was disappointing if you came later, around 8:40 a.m., since most of the food was already gone. The scrambled eggs looked unappetizing, bluish-grey inside, the bread had no taste, and the cakes were so dry I needed coffee to eat them. Check-in was only at 4 p.m., and check-out had to be by 10:30 a.m., which felt ridiculous.

We were only there for Wigilia, and it turned into a big drama. The service seemed focused on serving quickly and getting people out, and the food was cold. Absolutely disgraceful.

A very quiet bed and breakfast. The host was super helpful, the rooms were clean and stocked with toiletries, and breakfast was generous and amazing. Make sure you have a car, or use public transport from Zakopane. Bus number 11 runs every hour until 10 p.m. and is reliable.

Breakfast was good, and the guy was nice. With that, the stay could have been okay, but for the price there are better places to stay. We paid 300 euros for two nights, and there was an awful drainage smell in the bathroom. We left the extractor on, hoping it would clear, but it got worse after a day and became unbearable. It seemed they already knew about it because there were perfume things in the bathroom, and when I complained, they added another one. On the second night, after we complained again, they offered to refund one night if we left. We looked around, but couldn't find any reasonable accommodation that night. We asked for a discount for the problems during our stay, especially since we couldn't use the bathroom properly. They argued that we should have left in -5 degree weather and that I should have gone. They should have fixed the issue before we arrived. They could easily have offered a small discount, but instead they were arrogant.
