The hosts were lovely, the rooms were warm, and parking was good. It's a pet-friendly place, and breakfast was great. The mattress in our room was bad.

The view was beautiful, but it couldn't make up for the other problems. We weren't happy with the accommodation, and its 9.2 rating feels unrealistic. There was a strong sewage-like waste smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, which made things very uncomfortable. We slept badly because the beds were flat and uncomfortable. The soundproofing was poor too: we could hear every step and movement in the hallway, which disturbed our peace and privacy. There was hardly any toilet paper in the room, and reception was repeatedly empty, so we couldn't get more or ask for other hygiene supplies right away. Although the place is described as dog-friendly, dogs aren't allowed at breakfast. This should be made clear in advance, since it's important for dog owners.

The views of Kasprowy Wielkopolski and even Giewont are beautiful, and the place has a great atmosphere. Kuźnice is a little far away, though you can get there by bus. The cafeteria also serves really good orange juice, and I hope I get to have it again.

A lovely little place to stay in Zakopane, with friendly, smiling people. Breakfast was tasty and had enough choice. I recommend it to everyone 😊
