The apartment was spacious, in a really good location, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were an adequate size, and the kitchen looked nice and was otherwise well equipped. But it had useless extras like a smoothie maker while missing basics such as a wooden spoon and a normal frying pan that wouldn’t burn everything straight away. They should at least leave a roll of paper there. Cleanliness could have been better. The floor was still dirty after being washed, and there was mold in the washing machine, which we had to disinfect at our own expense. The room also smelled of cigarettes.

I’d avoid Rent Planet. I was promised parking when I booked an apartment in Zakopane, but there was none. I spent hours outside the building without a garage remote, calling the hotline again and again and getting conflicting answers. They said they’d contact me “in a few minutes,” but never did, and the staff were no help at all. On top of that, the apartment had a horrible smell, as if the rubbish hadn’t been taken out in ages. My holiday was stressful instead of relaxing, and I felt scammed.

Watch out for Rent Planet. They say the apartments have garages, but you arrive and find there isn’t one. It’s misleading for customers, and all it brought me was stress and wasted time instead of a relaxing stay.

The apartment smells bad, and there’s nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. That makes the place impractical.
