Serce Tatr Residence Zakopane - blisko Krupówek

There’s parking on site, which is handy if you arrive by car. Breakfast was varied and nicely prepared, and the hotel felt charming and homely. The location was excellent, and our room was well equipped with a good shower. There was no safe in the room. The main thing that bothered us was the large window without a blackout curtain, so morning light came in early.

Anna at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and chatting with her added a warm touch to our stay. We were welcomed kindly, shown around, and everything was explained right away; the receptionist also answered all our questions. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with lots to choose from, made with care by local Zakopanian women. We could also help ourselves to sweets and drinks in the main kitchen at any time. We’ll definitely return!

The staff were great, especially Magda, and the rooms were clean and nice. We had an amazing time here. Breakfast was amazing too, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

We spent three days at Serce Tatr and were so glad we chose it. The city center is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and parking was free. Our spacious, comfortable room had a lovely mountain view. The modern accommodation is beautifully designed, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was generous, with lots of freshly prepared food made by the kitchen ladies using local ingredients. We’ll definitely be back! :)
