Tatarek Zakopane

The location worked perfectly for me, and there are two shops and a bus stop close by for getting into town or out to the hiking trails. Right next door is Regina restaurant, a cozy spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I spent four days here and would love to return. I’d first booked a different single room, but the owner kindly gave me a double with a mountain view at no extra cost. The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful, too. The kitchen was convenient and had everything I needed, including a kettle, fridge, microwave, stovetop, and dishes. I was also given a bar of soap and a small shower gel. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

We’d heard about the place from friends and rented a room for five. We arrived at 7 a.m., well before the 2 p.m. check-in, and the owner got up to let us wait in the largest room until the next one was ready. Before 7 a.m. after our stay, he drove all five of us to the train station for free, saying it was a gift for staying with them. That was very kind. I highly recommend it.

The owner was quick and very pleasant to communicate with, and it was easy to get around by bus. Because there weren’t many guests, she gave me a better room than the one I’d booked, free of charge. It was extremely comfortable and clean. Thanks so much, I highly recommend it!
