The parking was nice and the TV worked well. The location was good, and the staff were nice too, but the rest was disappointing for the money. The room was cold, there was no way to heat it further, and the thin duvets made it uncomfortable at the end of December. The mattress was far too soft. There was no Wi-Fi, and the bathrooms were really dirty. The toilet flush was broken, so we had to flush manually.

If price is your only concern, fine. Otherwise, you can’t sleep here. It’s 12:30 at night as I write this, and people keep coming and going. The walls are so thin that all the noise carries, and I can’t sleep. The bed is really uncomfortable too. If you need more than a cheap apartment and want to get some sleep, find somewhere else.

For the location, the price seems fair. It’s a decent, clean place to stay, and a fine option if that’s what you need.

The owners made us feel very welcome, and the view from the room was beautiful. It’s a comfortable, clean place in Zakopane, within walking distance of the bus station and a shop. Thank you.

Small and not very comfortable, with nothing special about it. Way overpriced.
