Breakfast was very basic, with eggs only once in our six days, lots of cheap sausages, and no fresh juice or proper coffee. The place felt dated, and it was very noisy. Our rooms were cold at night, and the shower kept switching between hot and cold, so my kids couldn’t shower properly. They provided no toiletries, and there’s no lift or help with luggage, something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with children. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The owners were kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were a real highlight, fresh, varied, delicious, and made with high-quality products. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommend!

Coming back from a day out in the cold to such a warm house was a huge relief. Breakfast was amazing each morning, with plenty of choice, and gave us a great start before hiking. Krupówki, the main tourist passage, is very close, with shops and restaurants around. Kuźnice, where some popular hikes start, is about a 40-minute walk away. Great value for money if you’re coming to Zakopane for hiking.

It’s a nice, friendly place, close to the centre, and parking was good. We enjoyed having breakfast before starting the day.
