At the Toskania Apartment, the location is excellent, close to Kuźnice and the entrance to Nosal Mountain. There's a church right beside the building and an inn a little farther along. The underground parking is a big plus, though getting down to it is a real ordeal: the driveway is steep and winding, and could damage a car if you're not an experienced driver. In winter, you need winter tires and chains. That requirement is posted at the gate, but it should be on the website too. If someone arrives without chains or doesn't know how to fit them, they'll have to park on the street. Inside, the building looks less impressive than it does outside, and its elevator is worn. The apartment has a pleasant living room, small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The beds are fairly comfortable, but there are no curtains or blinds on the bedroom skylights, so the sun wakes you at 4:00 AM. The living room walls are scuffed and scratched, and the terrace hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. You have to clean it yourself before sitting down, or you'll be sitting in filth. The room faces a residential building, and you can hear a fast-flowing stream a few meters away. Noisy neighbors also carry through the walls. The toilet seat squeaks terribly as it goes down, and the TV can freeze for up to 10 minutes. The playground is tiny, just four crosswise boards and not even a swing.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Lisbon apartment. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out, and the place has a modern look with highland accents. I also appreciated the extra outlets for back massages and enjoyed the sauna on the ground floor. We drove there and had no trouble parking our large car. From the parking lot, an elevator goes straight to the apartment's staircase. I definitely recommend it.

The view really stood out, and the place is nicely equipped. We also appreciated having underground parking, plus a sauna in the building, and breakfast brought right to the room. During our stay, though, the power went out twice and the water once. That was frustrating, especially since we weren't using the place at full capacity. Even so, I'd recommend it.

I was parking behind the hotel, which costs 30 PLN, and asked if my 2-year-old could use the restroom at reception. The women there wanted to charge me 20 PLN. I politely said no. Best regards, and good luck in the future. P.S. That good luck is coming back.
