The staff made the stay stand out. They were kind and professional, spoke excellent English, and clearly cared about their guests. The villa feels brand new, with modern design, careful upkeep, spotless rooms, and a lovely fresh wood scent. It was comfortable as soon as we walked in. The location is close to the city center and main attractions, but the area itself is peaceful. Having private parking right at the property was a big plus. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Poland, and I’d highly recommend it.

Arek was a fantastic host, always ready to help and full of useful tips and activity recommendations. The hotel is close to the main city center, with transport links easy to reach if you don’t have a car. We also loved relaxing in the SPA rooms. The place felt fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained, and breakfast was fantastic each morning. The lovely lady even prepared the eggs just the way we liked them. We had a wonderful, magical stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended! Dziekujemy serdecznie!

The salt cave was a standout, a unique, almost dreamlike part of our stay at Willa na Kozincu. We were there as a group of 40, and the team made everything feel seamless and personal. The property has an intimate, refined atmosphere, sun-filled rooms, and thoughtfully prepared, high-quality breakfasts. Many thanks to Konrad, Arek, the kitchen team, and Viola. Viola’s help arranging our climbing activities added a special touch. A rare mix of authenticity, generosity, and excellent operation. We look forward to coming back.

We had our little child with us, and the kids’ room was a huge plus. Everything felt brand new and spotless, from the wonderful rooms to the excellent spa. Breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is close to the center, and honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in our lives. Just perfect for Zakopane.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we were super satisfied with our stay! The place is new and beautifully designed. Breakfast was fresh, absolutely delicious, and had lots of options. We had such a lovely time, everything felt perfect :)
