Nothing worked properly, including the hair dryer, radiator, and lamp. When I reported the problems, they replied, “I knew and I will report.” That felt very unprofessional, and they took no responsibility. The breakfast put me on a diet. Nothing looked appetizing. For a 2-star hotel, it was a good experience.

The receptionist was so kind and charming, and deserves a lot of respect. Willa Oral has a cozy cottage-style feel, with rooms, a shared kitchen, and several nice services that make the place warm and friendly. Breakfast was simple and good overall. I would have liked pancakes or another kind of eggs instead of only boiled ones. It was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend the place. 🌿✨

The price was the best part, really cheap, and changing the booking later wasn't an issue when we added the kids. We came for a weekend with a big family and booked two large, two-level rooms, which gave us some privacy. Breakfast was included, served buffet-style with traditional food. Good value, and we liked the traditional look.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and I’d happily come back. It’s a traditional Polish hotel in a beautiful timber house, with gorgeous details that make the building feel from another era. There’s plenty to use, including a shared kitchen, billiards room, table tennis room, and a charming games room with old furniture. Breakfast is included, self-service, and good quality.

The receptionist was so friendly and charismatic, and the apartment was lovely, with clean sheets and a decent breakfast. It feels in line with what you pay. If you’re after a higher standard, there’s a 5-star hotel right next door.
