The hotel is in a lovely quiet spot, away from the main road. Still, our room smelled of smoke because people regularly smoked right outside it, and we couldn't air it out. When we arrived in the evening, it was very cold, apparently because they were trying to get rid of the smell. The furniture was very dated, and the bed was old and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, and we had a nice view from the room. The location is handy, away from the main area but only a two-minute walk from a bus stop. There isn't an elevator to the top floor, though. With a baby stroller and all our luggage, I had to carry everything up three flights of stairs. The top-floor rooms are small because of the building's shape.

We had a really nice trip and enjoyed our stay as a family. The hotel was very nice, the administration was good, and Tatyana gave us lovely service. Breakfast was delicious, and there were different activities. It's near restaurants, Nosal ski center, and a ski doo snowmobile shop where we could rent snowbikes. Zakopane's center is nearby too. It was worth staying here, and I'd recommend booking.

It's a quiet, clean, well-organized hotel with excellent staff and a lot included. The two problems we had were weak water pressure and Wi-Fi that didn't work.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were welcoming. The pillows and mattresses are worn out, and the only amenity provided was hand soap.
