Willa Zolta Turnicka

The neighborhood was quiet, without crowds or traffic, and it was about a 15-minute walk to the center. From the balcony there was a stunning view of Zakopane and the mountains. I stayed at Willa Żółta Turnicka around the end of July and start of August. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, just right for recovering after a day hiking in the mountains.

The power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, and the one in the room was partly out of power. The rooms also look much worse than they do in the photos. The bathroom is tiny, and to wash your face you have to stand off to the side of the sink because there’s no room in front of it.

The owner is very nice, and the rooms are clean with lovely mountain views. We’ve stayed twice and will definitely come back.

Even though I first stayed here with my family five years ago, we’ve come back again. Kasia is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and well kept, the bathroom spotless, and the beds are comfortable. We had a fantastic mountain view from the balcony. It’s a great location: about a 20-minute walk to Krupówki Street and the ski jump, and 35 minutes on foot to the hiking trails at Kuźnice, so there’s no need to start the car.
