The building looks sleek and modern, and being near the main street was convenient. But our stay felt like the appearance got more attention than the basics. We were two adults and two children, and although we had asked for a crib, it wasn't in the apartment when we arrived. Someone brought it later, but we had to put it together ourselves, as we did the sofa bed. After a week in Poland, including a much cheaper four-star hotel in Krakow where everything was ready and first-rate, that was a letdown. We also hadn't realized the bed was only queen-sized, which felt small. Getting in and using things was frustrating. There are no ramps, lifts, or other stroller and wheelchair access, and the door keypads were a nightmare. The shower heads were damaged or missing bits, and the bathroom tap came off the faucet the first time I used it. The interior fittings felt like they might have come from Temu or Aliexpress. One room was cold while the others were too hot; staff did warm the cold room after we asked, but the thermostats seemed to ignore the 24-degree setting and kept heating, sometimes pushing rooms above 25. We could hear cars all night from the big road outside, and the walls are paper thin. The sauna was good, but only open from 4 to 9 PM, earlier than I'd hoped, and the pool water was a little cold. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the pool area. Breakfast was far below the hype I saw on booking.com, with less variety than almost any breakfast I've had in Europe.
