Apartamenty Rubin

We left after about an hour, having only used the toilet, but were charged for both nights and received no refund. The room was cold and very small, on the third floor under roof windows. The view was pleasant, but the stained, dirty carpet made us unwilling to take off our shoes, and the walls were badly marked and scratched, as if they had been neglected (photo attached). The hotel is far from the center, inconvenient without a car, and there are no shops nearby. The only thing in its favor was being allowed to check in an hour early. I hope the money kept for the unused nights goes toward basic repairs, because these conditions show little respect for guests. I can't recommend it.
