Really lovely place, and the staff are so friendly ;)
The separate cottages give you privacy, and the location on the Vistula escarpment comes with beautiful views. It's a pleasant place with a lot of atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. I would recommend it. Just a few small improvements are needed in the sanitary facilities.
Best regards, Grandma Kamińska. I went to my granddaughter's First Communion dinner here, and felt like I was in the worst roadside squatter's den. The venue is beautiful, and the chicken was delicious, but it needs a lot of care. There's a cobwebby hall, dirty curtains and walls, old torn carpeting, and steps down from the terrace that feel past their best. The entrance bench is covered with pigeon droppings. Drinks came in Lavazzo and Tchibo branded cups, with tin spoons. The facility dates back to the late Gierek era and is now dilapidated. After more than 40 years of traveling around Poland and abroad, I've never seen such disrespect for customers. A place where people celebrate and dine should be clean, whatever the price or distance. Looking after the steps, cutting the grass, and painting dirty walls isn't some investment, it's basic care and respect for people who came here. The event was a month ago, so I'm not writing in anger or emotion. Perhaps a visit would earn this place four stars.
It may look good in photos, but seeing it in person was terrifying and nauseating. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for celebrations. It's dirty, with cobwebs everywhere, torn carpet, dingy walls, and a leaking roof.
Maybe it's the name that gives the place its atmosphere :) The food is good and the service is great.
