The rooms were nice and well cleaned, but snow removal was basically absent. They drove over the bump in the guest parking lot, and the entrance could be signposted better.

We only stayed briefly, arriving after midnight and leaving at 6:30 the next morning, but the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff checked us in quickly and were exceptionally helpful. They kindly arranged bag breakfasts for our early departure. They spoke English fluently, which was great since we know very little Polish.

Breakfast was tasty, and the room itself was quite nice, though the bathroom wasn’t clean enough and there was no water in the room at all. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to take the stairs to our second-floor room. We picked this hotel for its old-style interior and parking. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Old Town, and parking costs 15 pln per day. Next time I’d probably choose somewhere in Old Town, since I saw that parking there is easy too.
