Apartamenty Aura by Q4 Apartments

The building was opposite a huge construction site, with work starting before 06.00 and carrying on into the evening. There went our chance for a quiet holiday or a lie-in. Q4 apartments hadn’t mentioned this in the listing, and this was an expensive rental compared with other places nearby. The apartment looked lovely at first, but it was very dirty. There was hair in the bed, by the bathroom sink, and even on the dining table. A nail with what looked like skin residue was on the floor near the sofa. There was sand and little stones all over the floor, and dirt on the walls. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned either, so our feet and socks got really dirty. There was a small hammock, but no pillows like the photos showed. We also had trouble getting the access details. We emailed first and were told the instructions would arrive 24 hours before we got there. They didn’t, so we had to email again. We only received them just before takeoff. When we tried to raise these problems, they wouldn’t answer the phone and wanted everything handled by email, which wasn’t practical. Then they stopped replying to our emails altogether. Very disappointing. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Stay clear.
