We stayed at Villa Verde for three nights after the disappointing conditions at hotel Zawiercie, and moving there turned out to be a great decision. The outdoor area gave the place a relaxing feel, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety each morning. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were welcoming, very polite, and willing to help with what we needed. It turned a stressful trip into a really enjoyable stay.

The pool was nice, but the place itself felt average. I think it would be more interesting with the ski slope one. Reception weren't very helpful.

I only had a simple question about the services, but after trying several times by email, I still got no reply. That kind of customer service doesn't make this seem like a good place to stay.

We booked a room and other facilities for a family event, and there were other groups in the same situation. The team handled everything smoothly. The location was awesome, the service was stellar, and the sales team was flexible.

There’s plenty to do at the hotel, and the outdoor pool is really nice. The service team is generally helpful, especially at reception. Restaurant staff could smile a bit more, though. People are there on holiday or leisure and integration trips, and it’s nice for them to see a positive atmosphere. The mosquitoes are the big downside: there are lots of them and they’re really annoying, even though they disappear after 10pm. Still, I’d highly recommend the place to families, companies on integration trips, couples looking for a getaway, and larger groups stopping over on the way.
