I've had good stays here before, so this visit was a letdown. My room was up in the attic, and I don't think guests should be put in that room. Rain on the roof was unbelievably loud, and I couldn't sleep properly all night. The low ceiling and extremely small space also left me feeling cramped and uncomfortable.

The location was quiet, the food was delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive. Everything seemed very well managed. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

Monika was wonderful and made sure we had a brilliant time. The food was great, the place was comfortable, and everyone was so friendly and positive. A perfect holiday for us.

The liver and dumplings were tasty, and the duck was good too, but there were too many small mistakes alongside the good food. Why was there plasma floating on the plate? The carpaccio arrived as frozen, jagged pieces of meat. If it isn't really carpaccio, maybe stick with tartare, though that came already mixed, which felt unusual. A very interesting place with nice, efficient service, but so many shortcomings.

The meals were really delicious, and the bed was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a little dark.
