The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms stay quiet even with a road nearby. They’re clean and spacious too. I liked the varied, fresh breakfasts and the genuinely tasty restaurant food. There’s a private sandy and grassy beach, a pier, water sports, plus dry and steam saunas. Right by the Zegrze Lagoon, the lake views from the restaurant terrace and through the lobby’s glass walls make the place feel calm from the moment you arrive. Good service adds to the comfortable, restful stay.

I cancelled my reservation and chose somewhere else after the reception made me feel like an inconvenience. I arrived about an hour before check-in, without expecting to get the room early, but the receptionist said in an icy tone that previous guests were still in it. There was no smile, alternative, estimate of when it might be ready, or suggestion of somewhere to wait. It didn’t feel like a welcoming or professional way to greet a guest.

The food was delicious, with plenty to choose from and the option to change things. There’s a sweet selection too, like cakes and croissants. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had tea and coffee, and the hotel itself was very clean with a lovely view of the Zegrzynski Zalew. One downside was noise at night from guests coming back from the disco club. Still, I’d definitely come back :)

There’s lots of space here, which makes the hotel a good place for parties, and there are plenty of activities to do. The room service was great, and the rooms are modern and nice. The hotel is beautifully set by picturesque Lake Zegrze. Food was good, with typical and international dishes, and buffet service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
