I had a really pleasant stay. The apartment is well stocked and in a convenient spot, and the host is thoughtful and quick to reply. I’d happily recommend it.

It was hard to communicate with the owner, and I wasn’t told before paying for the stay that a damage deposit was due. I asked for written confirmation that it would be refunded and was told it would be transferred to my account at check-in. Since the accommodation was already paid for, that shouldn’t have been an issue. Even after I tried to find an amicable solution, the owner kept being evasive and wouldn’t confirm the refund in writing.

The location was convenient, everything was clean, and check-in and check-out were easy to do without meeting anyone. The room, though, was freezing. The radiators had been switched off, so I had to turn them back on. When I tried to use it, the makeshift soap dispenser also fell off the wall.
