The service was very polite, and when I had to leave before my room was ready, they kept my bags and brought them up once it was available. I spent a night at Grape Town Hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and had everything I needed. There are activities in the building, including bowling, so you can spend time with colleagues. I recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable trip to this fabulous hotel for our work football tournament. There were so many of us that we more or less had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms, food, drinks, and entertainment were all top notch, and the staff were fabulous the entire time. I’d be glad to visit again.

We stayed for three nights, Wednesday to Saturday, for a wedding. The staff were really nice and spoke both English and Polish well, which was good. If you’re a family of six, it’s a good place to stay. There’s a playground for the kids, and I’d give the food five stars. I’d pick the burger from the adults’ menu, and there was some colouring on the kids’ menu. The double bed 128 mattress was a bit uncomfortable, my only downside. The pool and kids’ room were closed while we were there for the wedding, but that was okay. It was fab, and I’d recommend it.

Lukasz at reception made us feel welcome and was extremely professional. The customer service here was the best we’ve experienced in Poland, with professional, attentive people who were very accommodating. The apartment room was amazing and our stay was so comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Most Saturdays I play in a very well-run poker tournament here. The food is always excellent, covered by each player’s contribution: soup, snacks, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, and more. The bar service is great too, and the Hades staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve also heard very positive things about the parties Hades / Grapetown put on, including birthdays, receptions, and company events.
