I wouldn't recommend paying 100 euros for this room. The room itself was okay, but the receptionist was unfriendly. Breakfast costs 15 euros per person, yet by 9:00 almost everything was gone, there were no hot dishes, and nobody was working there or seemed to care that the buffet was empty, even though breakfast runs until 11:00. You have to go to reception and ask for things yourself. The parking lot and the whole outdoor area were completely icy, making it extremely dangerous to drive or even walk. Nobody had tried to put down salt or do anything about it.

Check-in was quick, and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant was nice too. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the price was good. I'd definitely recommend it.

Breakfast had lots of fresh choices, and the shakshuka was delicious. The service was friendly, the water got hot straight away, and the room was a comfortable 21 degrees Celsius. Everything felt new, pretty, and cozy, with no mold. The room was lovely for a three-star hotel, and the towels were clean and odorless while the bedding was spotless. It's a quiet part of Żyrardów, a bit off the beaten track, which doesn't bother me when I'm there for business. The only thing I missed was an extractor in the bathroom to cut down the humidity after a shower. I have no other complaints and would gladly come back. Four stars are a must, since an elevator is a real treasure in a small hotel.

The bed was a disaster, and the single small, wide pillow might as well not have been there. There was only one roll of toilet paper for two people over two days, and nothing interesting to watch, not even Netflix. Even a motel should offer that. Breakfast was just leftovers, and although the heating was on, the room was freezing. The air conditioning didn't seem to work either. I don't recommend this place. The hotel should have the same number of stars as my rating. They should rename it Motel Inn Żyrardów, and then I wouldn't have these problems.
