We had a good relationship with the owners, and I'd recommend the place. There's a barbecue and gazebo to use, making it a nice place to relax. The one drawback was that nobody told us beforehand the owners would be hosting a wake. We could have planned around it and come another time or made other arrangements. A shame, though.
Mr. Andrzej is a wonderful person, and he made us such a tasty breakfast that I didn't want to leave the kitchen. I've stayed in lots of places and never had such a warm welcome. I nearly forgot, this is probably the best local restaurant in Żywiec.
The host was the one person willing to take in hikers who arrived in the evening without booking, and that really won us over. The accommodation was very good, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend it!
A comfortable place for a bit of rest, with wooden rooms and a large kitchen. It's up on a mountain, and there's parking and Wi-Fi. The average room rate is 30 PLN per day.
Breakfast was fit for royalty. The place itself was quiet, peaceful, clean and pleasant, and the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
